Information we collect

When you use the contact or consultation-request forms on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, the topic you select (for example, business accounting, personal tax, or the Academy), and any message or details you type. We do not ask for, and you should not send us through these forms, your Social Insurance Number, banking details, passwords, tax slips, or other identity documents.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule or prepare for a consultation, and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your information.

Service providers involved in form delivery

When our contact form is active, form submissions are delivered to us using Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. Submitting a form sends your entered information to Web3Forms so it can be forwarded to our inbox. If no delivery service is configured at the time you visit, the form will tell you so and will not silently send your information anywhere.

Analytics

This site does not currently use any analytics or visitor-tracking service. If that changes, this page will be updated and, where applicable, a consent option will be shown before any analytics loads.

Cookies and embedded content

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a network request to Google's servers to display text correctly. Our Contact page also embeds a Google Maps location widget, which may set its own cookies once loaded. Beyond these, this site does not use marketing cookies, and does not use analytics cookies unless the Analytics section above indicates otherwise.

Secure documents

Please do not send sensitive tax documents, financial statements, identity documents, or similar files through the contact or consultation forms, or by email. Once you are a client, sensitive documents are exchanged through the secure AKRUALX client portal, not through this website's public forms.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you submit only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, or as required by applicable law or professional obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. You may also decline analytics consent where it is offered. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.
