No client relationship from browsing or inquiring

Browsing this website, submitting a contact or consultation-request form, or joining a waitlist does not, by itself, create an accountant-client relationship or any professional engagement. A professional engagement begins only once both parties agree to and sign a separate engagement letter or service agreement setting out the specific services, scope, and fees.

No assurance or guaranteed outcomes

AKRUAL provides bookkeeping, tax preparation and planning, payroll, financial reporting, and business advisory services. We do not perform audit or review (assurance) engagements, and nothing on this site should be read as legal advice, investment advice, or immigration advice. We do not guarantee any specific tax result, refund amount, financing approval, or CRA outcome — every situation is different, and results depend on your specific facts and circumstances.

Service scope

Our plans are designed around typical monthly activity for businesses at each stage — transaction volume, number of accounts, payroll headcount, and number of actively managed projects. Published features and capacity figures (such as "up to N employees" or "up to N active Jobs & Cost Centres") describe our standard service scope, not a software-enforced limit. If your business's activity materially exceeds the scope of your current plan, we'll reach out to discuss adjusting your plan or agreeing a custom scope before any change in service or fees.

"Full bookkeeping service" means routine transaction categorization, reconciliations, month-end review, and financial statement preparation within the agreed monthly service scope.

Sensitive documents

Please do not submit sensitive tax documents, identity documents, or banking information through this website's public forms or by ordinary email. Once engaged as a client, use the secure AKRUALX client portal for document exchange.
